Sponsorship Opportunities

STAFDA is excited to offer the following sponsorship opportunities for Exhibitors during STAFDA’s 47th Annual Convention & Trade Show! Interested exhibitors will be able to purchase the following beginning Monday, June 26, at 8:00 a.m. Central by following the Convention Registration link or using the registration link. Your company must be an exhibitor to participate. There are a limited number of opportunities available. The sponsorship is secured when STAFDA receives payment.

Event Sponsorships:

  • Women in Distribution Luncheon: $4,000 (2 opportunities)

  • Sunday Breakfast: $5,500 (2 opportunities)

  • Sunday Morning Break: $2,800 (2 opportunities)

  • Opening Party: $8,500 (10 opportunities)

  • Monday Trade Show Beverage Stations: $6,500 (10 opportunities)

  • Tuesday Breakfast: $5,500 (2 opportunities)

  • Tuesday Trade Show Beverage Stations: $6,500 (10 opportunities)

  • Tuesday Trade Show Lunch: $6,500 (10 opportunities)


Event Sponsors’ logos will be displayed on the STAFDA website near the event description prior to the Convention & Trade Show, during their specific event, in the onsite STAFDA Convention program near the event description and on the Sponsorship page, and on the STAFDA app. Exhibitors may sponsor more than one event.

General Sponsorships:

  • Platinum: $8,500

  • Diamond: $6,500

  • Gold: $5,500

  • Silver: $4,000

  • Bronze: $2,800


General Sponsors’ logos will be displayed on the STAFDA website, in STAFDA Central, in the onsite STAFDA Convention program on the Sponsorship page, and on the STAFDA app.
