Sales Pro 2.0 Workshops

STAFDA and Paul Reilly, president of Tom Reilly Training, are offering members in-person sales  training opportunities. Each 1.5 day workshop will focus on the recently updated Sales PRO 2.0 manual and the skills needed to become a STAFDA Sales Pro.

Reilly, STAFDA’s Sales Consultant, will kick off each workshop with an Introduction to Sales PRO 2.0. He will define what it means to be a Sales Pro and delve into how professionalism separates top achievers from amateurs. Attendees will also learn to create value, build their knowledge base, and time and territory management skills.

The next phase of the session focuses on Acquiring New Business Like a Sales Pro. This will be a deep dive into the sales process: getting the appointment, uncovering customer needs, fielding objections, and securing the order. Reilly will also explain the four elements of the sales call, handling objections, and financial selling. It’s an A-Z plan for building and developing a sales territory.

The third module, Protecting and Growing Existing Business Like a Sales Pro, hones the skills needed for customer retention and growth — critical for all sellers. Reilly will discuss building relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and leveraging existing relationships.

Prior to the workshop, attendees will be sent a pre-training survey to benchmark their results against other Sales Pros. The program will include role playing, case studies, and group exercises.  

A 60-minute follow-up virtual training webinar in June will be scheduled to see how they have progressed after implementing what they learned.

The cost is $275 per person and includes a group dinner after the first meeting day. STAFDA has secured room blocks at each of the hotels.
