Let us re-introduce you to STAFDA’s Technology & Consultants’ Fair! We wanted to let you know about some exciting changes we’re making to this year’s Tech Fair. Based on exhibitor and participant feedback, we’ve decided to incorporate the Tech Fair into the first day of STAFDA’s Trade Show. We hope to increase traffic to the Tech Fair by creating a special section of the STAFDA Trade Show just for technology vendors and our endorsed consultants.
In the past, the Tech Fair has been a great source of high-quality prospects for your products. Now it will be an even better avenue to introduce them. Please join us for the Tech Fair, Monday, November 9, Noon-6:00 p.m., at the Georgia World Congress Center, Atlanta. It’s one-stop shopping for STAFDA members looking for new software, hardware, e-commerce, and other products. It’s a chance for you to meet with quality leads, answer questions, and demonstrate your innovative products.

Registering for the Tech Fair is easy: Complete the registration form and return it with your payment to the STAFDA office. For the $775 registration fee, you’ll receive:
- A set of mailing labels containing the names and addresses of STAFDA distributor members for a pre-show mailing
- Inclusion on the STAFDA Tech Fair website including your company name and a hyperlink to your website
- Inclusion in STAFDA’s pre-show promotional materials including the Trade News, our monthly newsletter
- Promotion in industry magazines featuring STAFDA’s Convention & Trade Show
- A waist-high demo table at the Tech & Consultants’ Fair. This is a tabletop show – no pop-up booths, pull-up banners, or freestanding displays are or allowed. A banner that drapes over the table, however, is fine.
- A sign printed with your company name
- Inclusion in the on-site Convention & Trade Show program
- Your contact information featured in the on-site Tech Fair Directory
- Access to the STAFDA Trade Show
