Register now for STAFDA’s Technology & Consultants’ Fair, November 5, in Orlando. Our Tech Fair provides an entry to management executives shopping for new technology ideas. Held as part of our Annual Convention & Trade Show, the Tech Fair will be November 5, Noon – 6:00 p.m., at the Orange County Convention Center. Each year, STAFDA members come to the Fair looking for new software, hardware, e-commerce, and other technology providers to answer questions and demonstrate the latest innovative products.
This year’s registration fee is still just $775. Registering for the Tech Fair is easy: Click here for a PDF of the registration form. Please complete the form and fax (262/784-5059) or e-mail (cusher@stafda.org) to STAFDA. For the $775 registration fee, you’ll receive:
· A set of mailing labels containing the names and addresses of STAFDA members for a pre-show mailing (call STAFDA to request a second set of labels closer to the show dates)
· Inclusion on the STAFDA Tech Fair website including your company name and a hyperlink to your website
· Inclusion in STAFDA’s pre-show promotional materials including the Trade News, our monthly newsletter
· Promotion in industry magazines featuring STAFDA’s Convention & Trade Show
· A waist-high demo table at the Tech & Consultants’ Fair within the Trade Show hall. This is a tabletop show – no pop-up booths, pull-up banners, or freestanding displays are allowed. A banner that drapes over the table, however, is acceptable.
· A sign printed with your company name
· Two electrical outlets
· Inclusion in the on-site Convention & Trade Show program
· Your contact information featured in the on-site Tech Fair Directory
